How do I keep my Moneyvault account safe?
To ensure the highest level of security and safety is maintained for your account we encourage you to follow these guidelines:
- Do not store any of your Moneyvault sign in details in your email.
- Never share your account information (account ID, secure ID, password) with anyone else.
- Create a secure password that is not easy to guess. The best passwords are at least 8 characters in length and combine letters, numbers and symbols. Combining a simple phrase with a couple of significant numbers or symbols is a good way to create an easy-to-remember and secure password.
- Do not use the same password at Moneyvault that you use for other online services. Using the same password at multiple sites will increase the chance of someone being able to access your account.
- Change your password on a regular basis. If you ever suspect that someone may have discovered your password, reset it as soon as possible.
- Be careful of suspicious emails, and avoid clicking on links or giving away your account information unless you are certain the email is truly from Moneyvault.
- If you believe that someone other than yourself has made a transaction using your account, report it immediately by clicking on the available contact channel below.
Keep in mind, a Moneyvault representative or anyone affiliated with Moneyvault will never ask you for your password or Secure ID.
