Strong Customer Authentication is a newly introduced European regulatory requirement which aims at making online payments more secure.

What is changing?

 As a result of these recent changes in the industry in some occasions (when logging in or completing a transaction) we may ask you for additional authentication either via a 6-digit SMS code sent to your mobile phone or to your registered email address.

How to add a phone number or change the already registered one?

To add a phone number or change an already registered one go to ‘Account’ > ‘Settings’ > ‘Personal details’ and click ‘Edit’ next to your phone number. 

How to change the registered email address?

 You may change or update your email address at your convenience by going to the ‘Account’ > ‘Settings’ > ‘Personal details’  tab and click on ‘Edit’ next to your current email address.
